Developed since 2000 by Proboscis, Diffusion eBooks and StoryCubes are a flexible and dynamic way to share your ideas with people all over the world, including places that it would not be economical, or physically possible, to distribute traditional publications to. You can share Diffusion eBooks and StoryCubes electronically or as material objects – scan, email, post or photocopy them.

Short Run Printing

We are reviewing the future of our our short run printing service and will announce options soon. Pofessionally printed and bound books and die-cut cubes are possible with print runs as low as 25 copies per eBook or 50 copies per StoryCube. Printed in full colour on high quality, FSC-approved sustainably-sourced paper and card stocks.

the Periodical

The Periodical was a participatory publishing project using bookleteer between 2015-2015 that was at once eccentric, eclectic and inclusive. It re-imagined periodical publishing by enabling anyone to take part simply by making and sharing a book on bookleteer. Inspired by 17th Century pamphleteering as much as by today's contemporary digital communications, it continued our exploration of how we create and share new forms of 'Public Goods'. Each month we selected one or more bookleteer publications to be printed and posted out to subscribers and, if your book was selected for an issue, we would send you 25 copies for your own use.
